Set of 3 Official Alabama Judicial Appointment Certificates 1947–1952 with Gold Seals
Set of three original State of Alabama judicial commission documents dated 1947, 1948, and 1952, each appointing Kelly V. Fite as Judge of the Twenty-Fifth Judicial Circuit.
These certificates were issued under Governors James E. Folsom and Gordon Persons and signed by the Secretaries of State of the time. Each features the raised or embossed Great Seal of Alabama in gold, with elegant typography and original ink signatures.
All documents are well-preserved for their age, showing light folds and minor discoloration from storage. Great for collectors of Alabama history, political memorabilia, or vintage legal documents.
